I highly recommend Aaron Peoples … for your home buying experience. I purchased my first home in the Medford area and when i started, i had no idea what i was doing or what i was looking for but Aaron showed me a variety of all different types of places and talked me through the pros/cons of each purchase and location. We had a fantastic experience … for our home purchase. I contacted them here on Zillow one evening and heard back from them by the next day. Our initial point of contact was with Aaron, who spoke with me for over half an hour, taking the time to ensure that he answered any questions that I had, and was very thorough in his explanations. We'd just been to an open house that morning for a property that we were interested in making an offer on, and he took time on his way to another appointment that afternoon to stop in and check it out. They walked us through the process of putting in the offer and did the majority of the legwork in paperwork completion. After this initial offer, we primarily worked with Michael, who showed us a few more houses, and assisted us with the offer process on the home we now own. During our walk through at the open house, Michael picked up on some things that we would not have thought to ask. When our offer was accepted by the sellers, Michael provided recommendations home inspection and real estate lawyers that they had worked with, and was present for the home inspection, making notes throughout the inspection, and then walking us through considerations for adjusting our offer based on the inspection findings. Michael was present for our final walk through and closing as well. He was a primary contact point for the majority of the process, and saved us an immense amount of time by providing the knowledge and expertise of the process that we lacked as first time homebuyers. … my limited contact with Aaron was very helpful and pleasant, and Michael was very personable on top of being knowledgeable of the process.
